Application

Compatible with cationic surfactant, non-ionc surfactant and amphoteric surfactant, it is new-type base material of hair conditioner in daily chemical industry. It has functions of antistatic, softening and conditioning. It performs well while used in water proofing paint and emulsified asphalt.
